Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement, 'to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' This includes sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as training and motivating Teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on Guest needs
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions

  • Recognize and communicate Guest Levels with the Team

  • Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating new Teammates
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Demonstrate personal dress code to encourage and coach the latest fashion in all Teammates and Team Leaders
