Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for guests. This role involves sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as team leadership and visual merchandising management.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly and engaging attitude
  • Provide legendary service to each guest
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
