Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for guests, performing sales, merchandising and operational tasks, and developing sales and recruiting new teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
