The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests and achieving personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
