Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service throughout the store. They will also assist in training and motivating teammates, and act as the store manager in their absence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
