Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service throughout the store. They will also assist with sales generation, guest service, and visual merchandise management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
