Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management. The AIT will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.
What You Will Do
The AIT will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and providing legendary service throughout the store. They will also be responsible for training and motivating teammates, executing daily tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
