Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. AITs perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.
What You Will Do
As an AIT, you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and providing legendary service. You will also be expected to maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving personal sales goals, providing feedback to the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and executing daily tasks set by Store Management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
