Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. They will also assist in training and motivating teammates, and act as the store manager in their absence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
