Assistant in Training

The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

What You Will Do

The AIT will greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service throughout the store. They will also be responsible for training and motivating teammates, recruiting new teammates, and acting as the store manager in their absence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
