Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) will assist the Store Manager in supervising, perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and provide legendary service to guests.
What You Will Do
The AIT will perform a variety of tasks including sales generation, guest service, visual merchandising, and operations, and will assist in training and developing new teammates.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
