Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service throughout the store. They will also maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
