Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) assists the Store Manager in supervising and performs a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management. The AIT works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet Guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service throughout the store. They will also assist in training and coaching new Teammates, maintain a positive attitude, and execute daily tasks set by Store Management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and jump.
