Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) performs a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management. They work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet Guests with a friendly attitude, provide legendary service, and maintain a positive floor culture. They will also assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating new Teammates.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The AIT must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and maintain a positive attitude at all times. They must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
