Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement, creating a positive shopping experience for guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet guests with a friendly attitude, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service. They will also assist in training and motivating teammates, and act as the store manager in their absence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
