Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
The AIT will be responsible for greeting guests, recommending merchandise, and providing legendary service throughout the store. They will also be responsible for maintaining and sharing knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
