Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) will assist the Store Manager in supervising, perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and develop skills to become a future leader in the store.
What You Will Do
The AIT will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and providing legendary service to each guest. They will also assist in training and motivating teammates, and act as the Store Manager in their absence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, and jump.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
