Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement, providing legendary service to guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service throughout the store. They will also assist in training and motivating teammates, act as the store manager in their absence, and perform leadership actions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
