Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit new teammates.
What You Will Do
The AIT will be responsible for greeting guests, recommending merchandise, and providing legendary service throughout the store. They will also assist in training and motivating teammates, and act as the Store Manager in their absence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
