Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.
What You Will Do
The AIT will greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. They will also assist in training and motivating teammates, and act as the store manager in their absence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50lbs
