Role OverviewThe Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
The AIT will be responsible for greeting guests, recommending merchandise, and providing legendary service throughout the store. They will also be responsible for maintaining and building good guest relationships, leading by example, and demonstrating ownership of the store's sales performance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
