Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and achieving sales goals. The role involves various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, as well as recruiting, training, and developing new teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by suggesting additional items
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals set by store management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
