Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position's primary responsibility is to fulfill the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The AIT performs sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and shares responsibility for training and motivating Teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness
