Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service to each guest
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
