Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement, 'to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' The position involves sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as training and motivating Teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
