Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) role is a progression from the AIT position and includes additional high-level duties. The primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement and provide legendary service to each Guest.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Demonstrate product utilizing product knowledge and sales education
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness
  • Recognize and communicate Guest Levels with the Team
  • Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards
