Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. AIT and Assistant Managers perform various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, including cashiering, merchandise display, and training and motivating teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
  • Regularly works in a retail store setting with moderate noise level.
