The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement, creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently
