Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and providing legendary service to guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Comfortable in giving and receiving feedback from peers and Management.
