Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement and perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
