Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for guests. They perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, including sales generation, guest service, and visual merchandise management.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness

  • Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating new Teammates
