Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, achieving sales goals, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The role involves leading by example, demonstrating product knowledge, and providing training and coaching to teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
