Role OverviewThe Assistant Infant Teacher will work alongside two experienced Lead Teachers and a supportive team to provide a loving, responsive, and nurturing environment for infants. They will build strong bonds with each child, respond to their individual needs and cues, and engage babies through talking, singing, reading, and sensory experiences.

As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will help provide a loving environment for infants, build strong bonds with each child, assist with daily care routines, engage babies through activities, and support infants as they develop early social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Previous 2 year minimum experience working with infants or young children required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
- Meet all required state background check, education, experience, and credential requirements
