The Assistant Kitchen Manager helps run the kitchen, leading day-to-day culinary operations and inspiring the team to level up their skills. This role involves leading the kitchen team, managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
3+ years of culinary management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
At least 1 year of supervising kitchen teams
Willingness to assist at other venues in the market
Ability to showcase your skills in a hands-on culinary exam
Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong leadership with the ability to work solo or with a team
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
Able to stand for long periods of time
Loves interacting with guests from around the world
Enjoys having fun at work
