Job Description
The Assistant Kitchen Manager helps run the heart of the house—our kitchen! You’ll lead day-to-day culinary operations, bring our Celebrity Chef’s vision to life, and inspire your team to level up their skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of culinary management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • At least 1 year of supervising kitchen teams
  • Willingness to assist at other venues in the market
  • Ability to showcase your skills in a hands-on culinary exam
  • Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong leadership with the ability to work solo or with a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Loves interacting with guests from around the world
  • Enjoys having fun at work (seriously—we mean it!)
