What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include answering and returning calls, greeting prospective residents, scheduling appointments, conducting in-person visits, maintaining thorough product knowledge, and accurately preparing lease-related paperwork.

Requirements
- Follow FRH, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties, and competitors.
- Maintains the utmost confidentiality of all client, applicant, and tenant information.
- Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork.
- Meets deadlines as assigned and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
