Role OverviewAssist in activities associated with running the machine, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. Responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards. Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting production schedules and optimizing equipment utilization.
What You Will Do
Set up and operate machinery, inspect dies and anilox rolls, monitor box quality, and complete reports. Cross train on other machines and be proactive in equipment maintenance. Adhere to production schedules and make recommendations for optimizing schedules to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
