Job Description
Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator to work in a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste. The role involves leading machine crew with setups and changeovers, conducting quality checks, and following company safety rules.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to work closely with other production personnel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously
