Role OverviewThe Assistant Maintenance Director supports the upkeep and functionality of apartment communities by performing repairs and maintenance on various systems. This role ensures work orders are completed promptly, assists with routine property inspections, and upholds compliance with safety regulations and Fair Housing laws.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, drywall, and pool systems. Respond to tenant requests in a timely manner and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Knowledgeable of basic electric, plumbing, drywall/painting, carpentry, ceramic/tile, and appliance installation/removal and repairs.
- HVAC, EPA, and CPO certified required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of general maintenance experience required.
- At least one (1) apartment maintenance experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
