Job Description
Assistant Maintenance is responsible for completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and general cleaning tasks to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing. The role also involves promoting a positive image of the apartment community and management company.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • AC Certification I and II
  • Criminal History Record Check and Drug Screen Test results satisfactory
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call
