Role OverviewThe Assistant Maintenance Manager will contribute to the success of the community by maintaining amenities and apartment home interiors. This includes fully preparing apartment homes for new residents as well as maintaining the condition of occupied apartments.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities and outcomes include maintaining spare parts inventory, requisitioning supplies, conducting and documenting move-in and move-out inspections, responding to punch lists, and performing a range of repairs and maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Applied trades training on a particular or specialized occupation
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- EPA certification (either Universal or both Type I and Type II)
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Over three years of experience
