Requirements

  • Experience in construction or building maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance processes and techniques
  • A solid understanding of corporate standards for shopping centers
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate uneven terrain safely
