Role OverviewBuckingham is seeking an experienced maintenance professional who leads by example, demonstrating confidence with humility amongst teammates. As an extension of the community’s Maintenance Supervisor, the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.
What You Will Do
Perform the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
