Job Description
Assistant Eyeglass Manager oversees daily store operations, including personnel management and inventory control, to provide a positive customer experience and keep associates happy. Monitors and achieves profit, sales, and performance goals, and optimizes the eyeglass department for efficiency and compliance. Communicates with management and provides store reporting as required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish
  • Optical sales experience
  • Supervising experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope
