America's Best is part of National Vision, one of the largest optical retailers in the United States. The Assistant Eyeglass Manager will oversee the daily operations of stores, including personnel management and inventory control, and provide a positive experience for customers and associates.

Requirements

  • Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals
  • Optimize and oversee the eyeglass department
  • Convey a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate with the General Manger, District Manager, and Corporate Office
  • Supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates
  • Assist the General Manager with forecasting staffing needs, recruiting, selecting and retaining a high caliber staff
  • Motivate associates to exceed performance standards
