Job Description
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a small team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and fun in a fast-paced and structured work environment. The Assistant Manager will assist in providing an exceptional guest experience, maintain a clean and organized facility, and assist in training and developing employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years leadership experience required
  • Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Mechanical inclination and experience preferred
  • Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
