Job Description
ResProp Management is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the leasing consultants and maintain resident ledgers. The successful candidate will have at least one year of Assistant Property Manager experience in multifamily and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required
  • Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
  • Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management
