Role OverviewAs Assistant Manager for Facilities Maintenance, you will manage day-to-day operations covering multiple shifts. You will personally supervise crews on multiple shifts to manage facilities activities for on-base and road teams covering locations within a 1,300 square mile area. You will ensure compliance with union contracts and agency policies and promote a positive working environment.
What You Will Do
Supervise and direct Facilities Technicians and Lead employees. Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Prioritize and assign work. Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and guidance to support employee growth and accountability.

Requirements
- 7 years of journey-level experience in facilities trades or specialties
- 1-3 years supervision and management experience, supervising union employees
- Valid WA driver’s license (or ability to obtain such license by start date)
- Able to demonstrate a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations and 2 accidents in the past 5 years) based on a 5-year driving record report
