Requirements

  • Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals
  • Optimize and oversee the eyeglass department
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate with management and provide store reporting
  • Supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates
  • Assist with forecasting staffing needs and recruiting
  • Motivate associates to exceed performance standards
