Job Description
America's Best is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Optical department, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality service. The role involves managing personnel, inventory, and store promotions, and provides a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position. No Sundays are closed.

Requirements

  • Optical sales experience.
  • Supervising experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and build associate relationships.
  • Sound understanding of store operations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
